Directions For Use

– Put a pea-sized amount of colgate herbal toothpaste on your toothbrush.
– Brush your teeth gently in a circular motion.
– Start from the most posterior part of your mouth and then move forward.
– Use a soft back and forth motion, ensuring you reach all parts of your mouth.
– Spit out the toothpaste after brushing.
– Rinse your mouth with plenty of water.
– Brush your teeth for at least two minutes.
