Dr. Reckeweg R-1 is a homeopathic remedy indicated for inflammation. It can be used for inflammation of any nature be it chronic, acute, catarrhal, or purulent. It treats edematous swellings, fever, redness of skin and moist feverish skin caused due to inflammations. It can be taken in case of inflammation of tonsils, as well as in case of glandular inflammations such as mumps, orchitis, pancreatitis etc. It treats ulcers of mucosa as well as pus filled swellings. R-1 drops also relieve pain at the site of inflammation.

-It reduces local inflammations.
-Beneficial for treating chronic tonsillitis (inflammation of tonsils) in children.

-R-1 drops are also beneficial for other inflammatory disorders like polyarthritis, monoarthritis, lymphadenitis etc.
-It is recommended to take 10-15 drops in some water every ½ – 1 hour for 1 day in acute cases associated with high grade fever.
-Take 10-15 drops after every ½ – 1 hour in case of purulent inflammation, after some improvement take the same dose for every 1-2 hours, and after recovery take 10-15 drops 3 times a day for a week.
-In case of chronic inflammation (inflammation from a long period of time) take 10-5 drops 2-3 times a day.
